Orders are packed to protect cut glass in transit. The rest of this page is operational, not decorative.
Delivery
Customer shipping is $0 at checkout. Shipping cost is already included in the product price. Delivery timing and any destination tax or duty treatment for your market appear at checkout for the address you enter. We do not publish a single global transit promise, because that figure would be a guess.
If a piece arrives damaged
Write to hello@edo1834.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the glass. We will arrange a resolution for that order.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging.
EU customers also have a 14-day statutory right; our 30-day promise covers unused items in original packaging for all orders.
