Rates and timing appear at checkout for the destination you enter. We do not publish a single transit promise on this page, because the figure would be a guess.
If a piece arrives damaged
Write to the house with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the glass. We will arrange a resolution for that order.
Returns
Return eligibility, if offered, is confirmed in writing for that order. Unused items must come back in the original packaging. Do not assume a return window from this page alone.
